Just finished reading Skinny Bitch, and what might you ask has this book taught me?
The quotes I enjoyed the most:

and most importantly, PAY ATTENTION to the negative effects your current diet and lifestyle have on your body, moods, and energy level. That way you’ll start to understand what it is you need to change. In order to be happy with your exterior body, you need to start working from the inside.
