I&amp;#8217;ve recently gained 5 lbs! NOOOOOOO&amp;#8230;. now I&amp;#8217;ve...</title><description>&lt;p&gt;I need to get back to this blog!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve recently gained 5 lbs! NOOOOOOO&amp;#8230;. now I&amp;#8217;ve got to lose 20 lbs instead of 15. Bummer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG?!?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve tried so long not to put a time frame on this and the first 15 I lost I was barely aware, they just shed with the exercise and new diet. The next 15 I worked for very consciously. Now the last 15 are actually the most difficult of my life ever.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Getting back to 130 (which I had been a few years back) is definitely not an easy task.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also need to find a new gym!
